1. SpecFact CLI License

SpecFact CLI is open source software released under the Apache License, Version 2.0. You may:

  • Use the software for any purpose (commercial or personal)
  • Modify and distribute the software
  • Grant patent rights with contributions

2. No Warranty

The software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software.

3. This Website

By accessing specfact.com, you agree to:

  • Use the website for lawful purposes only
  • Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the website's security
  • Not scrape or harvest data in an automated manner

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but provide no guarantees.

4. Trademarks

"NOLD AI" is a registered trademark (wordmark) at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). "SpecFact" is a product name of NOLD AI. The Apache 2.0 license does not grant rights to use these names as trademarks.

You may use the name "SpecFact" to accurately describe the software (e.g., "built with SpecFact") but not in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without permission.

5. Enterprise Services

NOLD AI may offer paid enterprise services including:

  • Priority support and SLAs
  • Custom framework adapters
  • Consulting and training

6. Contributions

By contributing to SpecFact CLI (via pull requests, issues, or other means), you agree that your contributions are licensed under the same Apache 2.0 license as the project.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karlsruhe, Germany.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via the GitHub repository. Continued use of the software or website after changes constitutes acceptance.
